As a System Administrator, to upload a photo to an employee's VISION record, go to Settings / Employees and select the employee.
Once in their record there is an area for uploading a photo. Either drag and drop the image into the box or click on the area and upload the image instead.
To change a photo, drag and drop or click to upload a replacement, or if a photo is no longer required, select the bin icon to delete it.
If the employee has been given access to their VISION record, the photo will display in the top right of their screen when logged in.
